Jitsi for Secure Teleconferencing

Jitsi is an open-source internet-based teleconference system that works on widely used operating systems like Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Android, and the web. It provides a collection of utilities like VoIP, video conference and instant messaging. With the help of WebRTC technology used for real-time communications on the web, Jitsi developed a Video Bridge feature for web-based group video calls.
 

Jitsi Meet serves as a video conference module that includes Android, iOS, Mac OS X, Linux and web. Besides an easy to use interface, it also provides HD quality voice and video streaming. Since Jitsi Meet does not require downloads or opening user accounts, it can be used on the browser directly. It enables password protected video conferencing with privacy settings and encrypted communication features that it supports in default.
